Dreisilker Electric Motors is your source for year round 24-hour field service.
Whether it is simply motor repair or complete motor management, we have the
experience and personnel to serve all your needs. We have provide expert service using the latest technology and highly trained personnel. Our field service team can evaluate
and service most equipment on-site with little or no interruption. In the event greater
evaluation is required, we will pickup, diagnose, repair and return your equipment.

DTM²: - Dreisilker Total Motor Management System
|

Dreisilkers DTM2 is a complete program to improve production uptime, energy costs and
inventory management. The program will manage all aspects of motor status;
predictive and preventive maintenance as well as repair. A DTM2 Project Manager
is assigned to handle all your motor system needs. The Project Manager will coordinate the program by providing technical assistance, budget information and other necessary motor recommendations. You will have complete control of your motor and drive system
needs today and tomorrow with DTM2.

Balancing:

Both on-site and in-house balancing services are available.
Our trained technicians inspect, analyze and expertly balance your machinery using portable equipment.

Infrared Inspection:

Our Infrared Inspection analysis helps avoid catastrophic failures and accurately
documents problem areas including:

Motor Testing:

Dreisilker provides on-site testing and maintenance.
Electrical testing, polarization index, surge comparison and other tests are performed. Maintenance includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, minor repair work,
and more. We can inform you of any recommendations or additional service required.

Shaft Laser Alignment:
|
|
Proper shaft alignment can prolong the life and improve the efficiency of equipment. Using laser and computer alignment,
our experienced staff can accurately align your machinery. Our staff can also perform corrective work on bases, frames, mounts and other structures.
Complete machine shop service is also available at our repair facility.

Dreisilker has the qualified employees and equipment available to provide low cost, outstanding quality,
and 24-hour emergency service. Dreisilker’s Shop employs highly skilled machinists with an average of ? years machining experience along with a complement of knowledgeable support staff.
Various size lathes and equipment allow the facility to manufacture items with 21’ between centers and weighing up to 60,000 lbs., or items smaller than a pencil lead.
We can put our numerous capabilities to work for you whatever your needs may be.
